The Nishnabotna Conservation Foundation is dedicated to the promotion of a better understanding of our environment through education, recreation, and community involvement.

Who we are.  The Nishnabotna Conservation Foundation (NCF) is a supporting group for the Shelby and Audubon County Conservation Boards.  The foundation has been formed to help support the Environmental Education (EE) program of their Naturalist, Christina Groen.  Money donated to the foundation will go to improve EE in Shelby and Audubon Counties by allowing Christina to purchase and update materials and supplies for school, public, campground, and civic group programs and also for summer day camps.
