Dutch Oven Cooking for Breakfast. Monday, April 21, 2008 at Nishna Bend Recreation Area's Nature Center. The Shelby County Conservation Board now has Dutch Ovens for outdoor cooking. Learn the basics of Dutch Oven cooking and then cook five or six breakfast recipes. Preregistration is required. Please call Iowa Western Community College in Harlan at 712-755-3568 to sign up. There is a cost of $10/person for ingredients and supplies.
